Silent Auction

A Message From Jellyfish, MWGB Silent Auction Coordinator:

Each year it takes hundreds of man hours and over $60,000 to put on Midwest Geobash!

We rely on the generous support of our sponsors, sales of event merchandise, and our silent auction to make ends meet. Attend a MWGB and you'll notice all the great activities planned, our zero dollar entry fee, enormous amounts of free giveaways, and low priced on-venue camping. All these things are possible thanks to the support of you!

Again this year, MWGB will include as part of the Vendor's Area a silent auction on Saturday with proceeds to go to event expenses.

This is a fun and voluntary way for attendees to contribute to MWGB. Do you knit? Make quilts? Are you famous for cache containers? What about woodworking or other handcrafts? What about those extra geocoins and pathtags?

This is your chance to show off and help our great event in the process. We will be accepting donations up until the start of the Silent Auction, Saturday at noon.

Bring your items to donate to the event or if possible, mail them to me. If you have items to donate, PLEASE, PLEASE send me an email with the item description so I can get it logged into the database.

Please consider making a donation to the ‘Bash auction, even if you not able to attend!

Please let me know if you are donating and please mail your donations to me as soon as you can.

And go ahead and post what you are donating in the MWGB forums so everyone can see all the great stuff that will be up for auction. The drop off area and times are posted in our schedule.

Thank you very much to all who have already donated.
