GPS Unit Giveaway - We're doing it again! We're giving away 10 GPS units throughout the event. Be present at events and participate to win!
Treasure Hunt - On Saturday try your hand at skerrin' up some really cool swag in our on-venue treasure hunt. Every trip into the treasure field guarantees a great prize.
Campsite Decoration Contest - Love to camp? Want to win some cool stuff? Then deck out your campsite. Preference is given to thematic campsites (Mardi Gras/Peacock) but dress your site to impress. All of last year's winners won free camping in 2013 and the top three sites won a GPS Unit!
Geocoin Poker Game - Texas Hold'em Poker Game using Geocoins as the Buy-In. Watch the forums to sign up for one of the 40 seats and try your hand at winning a share of the 120+ geocoin grand prize
Sessions - Saturday's schedule includes informational sessions. Topics range from mobile caching to what it's like to review caches as a volunteer on Geocaching.com
Friday Poker Run - Get out and see the surrounding area and play the poker run. Collect gamepieces on your entry card and return to the event grounds by the deadline to take your chance at winning! Top 3 hands win GPS units and the worst 5-card hand wins one too.

Thursday, July 25th

10:00am - Venue Opens! C'Mon In! Find your campsite and set up!
10:00am to 5:00pm - [2] Event Store open for you to pick up will call and purchase event swag!
10:00am to 5:00pm - [3] Travel Bug Exchange Open
3:00pm to 5:00pm - [Outside of 2] The Chicken Retirement Party! Come celebrate the Chicken with us and wear all of your parrot/pirate gear. We'll fire up the grill and cook hot dogs for everyone (while they last!), but don't forget to bring your own sides and drinks!
7:00pm to 10:00pm - [A51] Family Campfires and Social
10:00pm - [A51] TINFOIL HAT NIGHT at Area 51! Make and wear a tinfoil hat! Campfires transform to Area 51. Families still welcome but after 10pm adult beverages are welcome at Area 51 fires.

Friday, July 26th

10:00am to 3:00pm - [2] Poker Run. Pick up your entry form at the event store starting at 10am. You have until 3pm to complete a 7-stop poker run. The run takes you into the community to see the sights. Late start welcome! Those who start early can easily fit in a couple hours of local caching on top of completing the poker run. Return to the rally point [1] and drop your entry off by 3:00pm sharp. No late submissions. Partial submissions accepted (i.e. 5 of 7 cards collected may still be the winner!)
10:00am to 5:00pm - [2] Event Store open for you to pick up will call and purchase event swag!
10:00am to 5:00pm - [3] Travel Bug Exchange Open
2:00pm to 4:00pm - [1] Poker Run results live while we watch! We'll start at 2:00pm, entries accepted until 3:00pm. When the results are compiled, the top 3 finishers each get a GPS Unit as a prize and the last place finisher with at least 5 cards gets a GPS Unit too! Must be present for results to win!
2:00pm to 7:00pm - [1] Flea Market is open with vendors showcasing their wares. Vendors are encouraged to close up around 7 or 8 to enjoy the evening with all attendees.
4:00pm to 7:00pm - [1] Silent Auction Donation Drop Off Open
5:00pm to 7:00pm - [1] Set up and trade coins, pathtags, whatever. Remember - no sales are permited outside of vendor tables.
5:00pm to 8:00pm - [1] Geocoin Poker Game with Team Maltese! Catch the live poker action where one lucky winner will walk away with a ton of geocoins! Check out our forums to sign up for the game. If you are selected to play in the game, check in with Tammy and Bob by 4:30pm. Seats become available to waitlist players at 4:40pm. Don't forget your buy-in!

11:00am to 12:00pm - [1] SESSION 2 - Topic: Reviewer Q & A - Come chat with the Reviewers!

11:00am to 3:00pm - [4] Treasure hunt! Stop by the event store [2] and pick up a ticket to go out in our treasure hunt field. Every ticket is a winner! Prizes include Geocoins and Pathtag sets. Some lucky hunters will instantly win one of two GPS Units!
12:00pm to 2:00pm - [1] Silent auction is open for bidding! Come see what has been donated. Bid often, bid high - remember all proceeds go toward event expenses!
12:00pm to 4:00pm - [1] Come see the clowns! Supervised kids 12 & under can come get painted up by our face painters. If you were there last year, it's the same clown crew - new costumes
2:00pm to 6:00pm - [A51] Cast Iron Chef II

6:00pm to 7:00pm - [1] "Closing Ceremonies" at Spangler Arena. Come join us for awards, recognition, a group photo and a giant thank you for attending. BUT FEAR NOT! MWGB rolls on after the closing ceremonies. Don't plan on leaving after the closing ceremonies! The best is yet to come at the night fires!
7:00pm to 10:00pm - [A51] Family Campfires and Social
10:00pm - [A51] Campfires transform to Area 51 for the last time of the event. Families still welcome but after 10pm adult beverages are welcome at Area 51 fires. Come hang out and enjoy the late evening with friends from all over!

Sunday, July 28th

Git! - We loved having you, but please pack up and be off the grounds by a "reasonable hour" :) Remember, our volunteers need to clean up and get home too. If you can help with the tear down, please assemble near the location of the event store / will call in the morning to volunteer with the tear down. ALL attendees can help by making sure you CITO the grounds all weekend long!

* As usual, all activities are tentative. Check back frequently for updates to the schedule.

** If trading is still going strong at Spangler Arena at night, etc. we will allow continued use of space as it makes sense and volunteer resources permit.
